The IDF and Israeli authorities are gearing up for an emotional day as Hamas returns four dead captives.

The IDF has been changing the face of the Middle East, the Israeli PM tells the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations.

Abbas Ahmad Hamoud was targeted following repeated violations of the Israel-Lebanon ceasefire, according to the IDF.

"After 498 days, Alexandre, Sagui and Iair are finally home," the IDF wrote on its X account.

“The entire region is shaken now, and it's good,” Brig. Gen. (Ret.) Effie Defrin told reporters. “Because for more than seven decades, eight decades, we have repeated the same mistakes.”

Israeli authorities released images of the reaction of family members when they saw the released hostages. "Daniella, Karina, Liri and Naama are home," the IDF wrote on X.

The IDF launched multiple bombardments in Gaza after discovering that the Palestinian group continued to violate the ceasefire agreement. Following the signing of the ceasefire, Minister Ben Gvir's faction pulled out from Netanyahu's government.

The bombings were carried out while a speech by the Houthi leader was being broadcast and in response to missile and drone strikes by Yemeni terrorists against Israel. The WHO director, who was at the Sana'a airport at the time of the offensive, said he was "safe."

The attack was carried out after prolonged tracking by Israeli intelligence, which located Ahed Azmi Qudeih in real time.

The soldiers were killed in combat and were part of the Kfir Brigade, deployed in the Gaza Strip.

Just eight days after killing Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of the terrorist group, the IDF did the same to his likely replacement. The operation marks a new success in the Israeli military’s strategy of targeting the organization's top leadership.

The Hezbollah terrorist group has lost ground in southern Lebanon, where the IDF destroyed several tunnels used by the Shiite militia.

The IDF succeeded in killing the Hamas leader in a ground operation while patrolling the city of Rafah, where the Democratic government did not want a ground operation to begin.

The projection of new arms exports to the IDF follows a sharp decline in shipments in 2024, which totaled only $15 million compared to over $350 million in 2023.

The event occurred days after Israel requested that UNIFIL troops move three miles north to avoid any danger during its counter-terrorism operations against Hezbollah. No deaths or serious injuries were reported. Some countries in Europe asked Jerusalem for explanations.

The Israeli prime minister said the French president should be ashamed to leave Israel alone "fighting on seven fronts against the enemies of civilization."

In Beirut, IDF attacks continues in several neighborhoods, including the suburb of Dahiyeh, one of Hezbollah's strongholds. 

The IDF revealed that around 2,400 terrorists had been stationed in southern Lebanon with the intent to invade the Jewish state from the north, aiming to murder and kidnap Israeli citizens.

The IDF confirmed the death of a Hamas commander in Lebanon, Fatah Sharif, who also held a position with UNRWA.
