Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's lawyers finally met in court. In the first meeting, Judge Lewis Liman asked the legal representatives to avoid making statements in public that could prejudice the proceedings.
In the event that the order is not complied with, the judge said he has the ability to move the trial, currently scheduled for March 2026, forward. The actors were not present at this first meeting.
The information comes just one day after Baldoni posted a website containing his amended complaint and a chronology of events related to the case.

In addition, the chronology includes a series of e-mails and text messages that were allegedly sent before and during the making of the film. Many of these had already been shared in court documents, but some had not been disclosed until now.
"The decision to amend our lawsuit was a logical next step due to the overwhelming amount of new proof that has come to light. This fresh evidence corroborates what we knew all along, that due to purely egotistical reasons Ms. Lively and her entire team colluded for months to destroy reputations through a complex web of lies, false accusations and the manipulation of illicitly received communications," Baldoni's attorney said in a conversation with Fox News.
