The dead included two men, aged 24 and 25, and two women. Of those injured, at least four people were learned to be in critical or serious condition at local hospitals, CBS explained.
Chicago police detailed that a person aboard a dark vehicle drove past the nightclub, located in the 300 block of West Chicago Avenue, shot into a crowd outside and fled.
The crowd was believed to be leaving the nightclub after an album release party for rapper Mello Buckzz.
