New details emerge about when Senate sex tape was filmed

A new report states that the recording of the intimate encounter occurred last week.

A new report revealed this Monday that the sex tape recorded inside a prominent Senate hearing room was filmed last week.

As the Capitol Police continue to investigate the scandalous case of the video of two men having sex in the Senate building, a Fox News source claimed that the recording was made just a few days ago.

So far, the exact time and day have not been determined. But a congressional security source promised a “thorough investigation,” including interviews.

Possible charges against those involved

Jonathan Turley, attorney and law professor at George Washington University, explained that it would be necessary to determine the possible infractions committed when recording the video to determine what type of charges those involved would face.

Turley explained that a possible charge could fall under D.C. Code Section 22-1312: lewd, indecent or obscene acts.

“It is unlawful for a person, in public, to make an obscene or indecent exposure of his or her genitalia or anus, to engage in masturbation, or to engage in a sexual act (...) It is unlawful for a person to make an obscene or indecent sexual proposal to a minor. A person who violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,” states the District of Columbia Code.

Turley also said it would be essential to determine whether the video was only used for personal purposes or whether financial benefits were obtained, as that could also influence “potential charges.”

It should be noted that the men’s identities have not been confirmed so far. However, one of the people in the video has been identified as Aidan Maese-Czeropski, who was working as a legislative assistant to Senator Ben Cardin (D-MA).
