According to a report by Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee, the president only expelled 5,993 illegal aliens from the beginning of his term until March 31, 2023.

According to a report released by Republican members of the House Judiciary Committee, 99.7% of illegal immigrants released since Joe Biden's term began on January 20, 2021, until March 31 of this year still remain in the United States.

"The Biden Administration has only removed 5,993 illegal aliens from the United States who were all encountered at the southwest border and who were placed in removal proceedings before an immigration judge during that time," the Republicans led by Representatives Jim Jordan and Tom McClintock detail in their report. "In other words, of the at least 2.1 million aliens released into the United States since January 20, 2021, the Biden Administration has failed to remove, through immigration court removal proceedings, roughly 99.7 percent of those illegal aliens."

Republicans reached this conclusion after they asked the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to "provide crucial data on the border crisis."
