Twitter removes official report linking mRNA vaccines to deaths in young men
A Florida surgeon general's report warns of the dangers these Covid vaccines have on the heart. Twitter decided to remove the tweet and later repost it after facing criticism.
Twitter removed one of Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo’s tweets from the social networking site. He shared a study on the Covid mRNA vaccine where he stated that an 84% increase in heart-related deaths was found for men 18-39 years old.
The social network said, without providing any further explanation, that Dr. Ladapo's message "violated Twitter rules."
After several social media users condemned Twitter's interference in an official study, the company backtracked and this Sunday reposted the tweet with the link to the Florida surgeon general's report, as verified by Voz Media:
The study: "Men aged 18 to 39 years should not receive COVID-19 mRNA vaccines”
The guide published by the Florida medical authorities, dated last Friday, states that the analyses found that there is an 84% increase in the relative instance of cardiac-related death among males 18-39 years old within 28 days of receiving the mRNA vaccination. The study adds that:
Florida health officials add that "non-mRNA vaccines were not found to have these increased risks."
For all these reasons, he recommends that males aged 18 to 39 not receive mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. He added that people with preexisting cardiac conditions, such as myocarditis and pericarditis, should take particular caution when making this decision.
“Studying the safety and efficacy of any medications, including vaccines, is an important component of public health," said Dr. Joseph Ladapo.
