On Voz News, anchor and executive director Karina Yapor interviewed retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander Jesús Romero about everything related to the capture of Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores on January 3, in which the U.S. military entered the Venezuelan capital of Caracas in the early hours of the morning to carry out an operation that has gone down in history.

"Air units such as F-18s were deployed and continued dropping bombs to counter the regime's positions. The task force entered through Higuerote towards the east and the helicopters carrying the Delta forces followed. This task force flew from east to west towards critical points inside Caracas, which were the main targets of the operation. The special forces managed to gain access to the point where Nicolás Maduro and Cilia Flores were staying," Romero said.
