Pakistan: 450 train passengers taken hostage by terrorists
Administrative and police sources confirmed the attack, claimed by the Balochistan Liberation Army.

Terrorists took more than 450 passengers hostage on a train Tuesday and wounded the driver in an assault in Balochistan province, southwestern Pakistan, authorities said.
"More than 450 passengers are being held hostage by armed men," Muhammad Kashif, a railway services official, told AFP.
Administrative and police sources confirmed the attack, claimed by the Balochistan Liberation Army, the main separatist group in the region.
Meanwhile, a railway official told CNN that security forces have arrived at the scene of the incident.
In addition, government spokesman Shahid Rind explained that the Balochistan government imposed emergency measures and all institutions have been mobilized to deal with the situation.
A police official in the town of Sibi, located in the region and who asked not to be identified because he is not authorized to speak to the media, explained that "the train remains stopped just before a tunnel surrounded by mountains."
