Well-known pro-Trump activist known by many as MAGA Josh or The Dirty Truth Josh has died at the age of 36 at the nursing home where he lived. Staff found him unconscious in bed and couldn't do anything to save his life.
Josh, who was a wheelchair-bound quadriplegic, was known for being a strong supporter of the MAGA movement and Donald Trump. He had a large following on social media.
His death generated commotion online, where many fans posted tributes to him:

Josh was a truly good guy - with whom I'd had many great interactions.
