The exhibition, which will return to its previous format, will be held on Feb. 18 at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
On Feb. 18, basketball fans are in for a treat. The Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis will host the 2024 NBA All-Star Game, which will have a new format and where, like each season, the best players in the NBA will come together to give fans one of the best sports exhibitions in the world: unimaginable shots, creative passes and spectacular athleticism.
The NBA released the starting fives for each of the teams. The captains were also announced. As in last year's edition, LeBron James (Western Conference) and Giannis Antetokounmpo (Eastern Conference) will head their respective teams. It should be noted that this is the Los Angeles Lakers star's 20th All-Star Game; a milestone that no one had achieved until now.
James will be accompanied by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (Oklahoma City Thunder), Luka Doncic (Dallas Mavericks), Kevin Durant (Phoenix Suns) and Nikola Jokic (Denver Nuggets) on the Western Conference team.
On the other side of the court, Antetokounmpo will play alongside Tyrese Haliburton (Indiana Pacers), Damian Lillard (Milwaukee Bucks), Jayson Tatum (Boston Celtics) and Joel Embiid (Philadelphia 76ers).
