The FBI is investigating possible ties of several far-left groups to the murder of conservative influencer Charlie Kirk last week.

According to reports from FOX News, citing a source who requested anonymity, the bureau led by Kash Patel is trying to assess whether some leftist groups in Utah had prior knowledge of the alleged shooter's plans or even went so far as to provide him with any assistance. However, it has not been indicated which organizations are under scrutiny.

One of the groups under investigation deleted its profile from the RRSS after Kirk's murder

The first to report on this line of investigation was Axios. The news outlet added that one such group deleted its social media profile after the shooting.

According to a second official who spoke with Axios, "it's pretty clear that Robinson's roommate knew a lot and didn't say anything after the murder, so he's officially a person of interest and he's cooperating and we want to keep it that way. What we want to know is if anyone else had knowledge [of the shooting], before or after.
