This is how Charlie Kirk was murdered at Utah Valley University

During an event as part of The American Comeback Tour, Charlie Kirk was to publicly expound the conservative ideas he has espoused throughout his life. He was going to be surrounded by supporters. But also detractors, with whom he would confront, solely through the use of words, about what is best and worst for the country's present and future.

The first step of The American Comeback Tour was the city of Orem, Utah. The stage was Utah Valley University. There, Kirk appeared, accompanied by his team and a crowd that would hear the conservative activist's arguments. Some even had the opportunity to ask him about different issues and challenge his ideas.

The event did not last as long as it was supposed to. And it certainly did not end the way it was supposed to end. After answering a question posed by an attendee, Kirk left the microphone on a table and was shot. The bullet hit him in the neck, specifically in the jugular vein, which caused him to fall from the chair in which he was sitting.

After a few brief moments in which those present were completely paralyzed by a dry sound they heard, they soon saw how the activist fell to the ground and chaos began. The entire audience began to flee quickly, in an anarchic way, without any control, after having witnessed an image that they will have in their minds all their lives. Kirk had just been killed.

Several of the people who were near Kirk went quickly to attend to him and, moments later, he was transported to a nearby hospital for urgent care. But the medical professionals could do nothing to save his life.

As people fled the scene in fear, law enforcement officers on the scene soon came across a suspect, who was detained and taken to police headquarters. Hours later, the FBI confirmed that he was later released.

Now, the investigation of the crime is focused on finding the perpetrator of the shooting. At the moment, it is unknown who the shooter was, so authorities have provided a website for the public to offer information that will help find Kirk's killer and proceed to his arrest.
