The Democrat is mentioned up to 50 times in the "edited" reports, however, there is no evidence that he committed a crime.

A news network report from ABC News revealed that the name of the former Democratic President Bill Clinton will be identified in the previously redacted documents of the deceased Jeffrey Epstein, a sex offender found dead in his cell at New York's Metropolitan Correctional Center while awaiting a federal trafficking trial in 2019.

According to the report, district judge Loretta Preska ruled earlier this month that there was no legal justification to continue hiding the name of the Democrat and more than 150 names of other "John and Jane Does" mentioned in the records that for years were edited to protect their identities.

Therefore, Preska ordered that the declassification – or unsealing – process begin after January 1, 2024.

In addition to Clinton, other prominent names will be exposed in the records, including Britain's Prince Andrew, one of the most controversial names in the revelations.

The ABC News report details that the documents come from a 2025 civil lawsuit that focuses on accusations against Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's partner, and lover, who was accused of facilitating the sexual abuse of the complainant Virginia Giuffre, who claimed to be a victim of trafficking for years on Epstein's private island.

Maxwell is now serving a 20-year prison sentence in Florida for providing minors for sexual purposes to Epstein.

According to Giuffre's version, Epstein and Maxwell forced her to have sexual relations with Prince Andrew and several other well-known figures. The prince of Great Britain denied the accusations and subsequently reached an agreement with Giuffre in a lawsuit she filed against him.

The report also explains that Giuffre never publicly accused Clinton of committing any crime or acting irregularly.

According to ABC, "there is no indication the sealed records contain evidence of illegal conduct by Clinton," who is supposedly identified for the moment as "Doe 36" and is named up to fifty times in the documents.

However, the declassification process will apparently shed light on the case of "unknown 162", a witness who testified that she was with Prince Andrew, Maxwell and Giuffre herself, who was not of legal age at the time, in Epstein's New York mansion.
