A Mega Millions ticket sold in Florida has matched all six numbers in the largest jackpot in the game's history after Tuesday night's draw.

The winning ticket for the historic Mega Millions jackpot was sold at a Publix supermarket in Neptune Beach, Florida, according to the state lottery. Thus, the lucky winner has the option of receiving the $1.58 billion jackpot in installments or choosing a lump sum payment of $783.3 million.

The winning numbers drawn Tuesday night were 13, 19, 20, 32 and 33 with a Mega ball of 14. The Megaplier was 2X.

There were also seven winners of the game's second prize of $1 million, and two of them bought the Megaplier option to boost their winnings to $2 million. Five of the million dollar winning tickets were sold in California, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and 2 in Texas, while the two Megaplier tickets were sold in Florida and North Carolina.

Pending final sales reconciliations at the 47 participating lotteries, Mega Millions said in a press release that it expects this award to govern the new record for the game, surpassing the previous $1.537 million, which was won in South Carolina on October 23, 2018.

“Congratulations to the Florida Lottery for selling a jackpot-winning ticket in Tuesday’s $1.58 billion Mega Millions drawing,” said Georgia Lottery President and CEO Gretchen Corbin, lead director of the Mega Millions Consortium. “We congratulate our newest jackpot winner, as well as the more than 43.7 million winners at all prize levels throughout this jackpot run.”
