Rapper Ne-Yo reaffirms his criticism of parents of trans kids: "I will not be bullied into apologizing for having an opinion"
A publicist of the singer published on his social networks an apology on his behalf. The artist assured that he had not given any order for it and assured that he did not regret his previous comments.
Comments made by rapper Ne-Yo during his latest interview with VladTV continue to stir controversy. The singer assured that he did not agree with many of the policies being implemented by the LGBT lobby since, in his time, "there was two genders":
His opinion did not sit well with several viewers but it got worse when he expressed his stance against parents who let their underage children undergo sex change surgeries:

Criticism from the LGBT lobby began and, a few hours later, a publication appeared on the rapper's social networks in which he apologized for the comments he had made during his interview. In the statement, Ne-Yo apologized to the people who felt affected and assured that he intended to educate himself "better on the topic":

The matter seemed to be settled but the rapper reappeared on Monday afternoon assuring that he had not written that statement and that it was all an action that had been carried out by one of his publicists. Moreover, without his consent.
Along with this, Ne-Yo again reaffirmed his stance and stated that he did not agree with parents who allowed their children to undergo this procedure while assuring that he was not going to apologize "for having an opinion."
