Pirates of the Caribbean and James Bond's luxurious private island on the market for $100 million

The property has a private heliport and docks for seaplanes and yachts of all sizes.

Little Pipe Cay, the private island where famous Hollywood movies such as Pirates of the Caribbean and James Bond have been filmed, is for sale for $100 million.

The 38-acre island has become known as the most exclusive island in the Bahamas because of its white sand and turquoise waters and its significant amenities.

"The island is an absolute gem and a rarity on the international premium real estate market. It offers an unparalleled level of privacy and a wide range of unique recreational activities," said Colin Lightbourn of the real estate agency marketing the property, Engel & Völkers.

The island has a 5,000 square feet luxurious colonial-style primary residence and is surrounded by four guest houses, all connected by small walkways, although each building is completely independent.

There are 11 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, and according to the real estate company, each space has "classic-style furnishings" that are "elegant." In addition, the tropical paradise has luxurious amenities such as a spa, gym, an infinity pool on top of a hill, a private heliport and docks for seaplanes and yachts of all sizes.

Engel & Völkers highlights the property's "exotic plants and wildlife" and the pristine beaches and beautiful views on its website. "The sand is ultra-fine and white, the water crystal clear, and small neighboring islands can be seen in the distance," Lightbourn said.

The private island includes 24-hour security service and can accommodate an entire staff. It also offers the possibility of carrying out a wide range of watersports, including jet skis and kayaks.

The real estate company points out that, although the property is for sale, it can also be rented at a cost per night ranging from $75,000 to $95,000.
