Navy helicopter crashes during exercise in California

An MH-60R Seahawk helicopter crashed in San Diego Bay, California, during a training exercise on Thursday, according to statements from a military spokesman reported by the AP.

The vehicle belongs to Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron 41, a squadron that trains new naval aviators and crew members in the use of the MH-60R Seahawk, according to the Navy website .
