Mother reports a Virginia school for hiding gender transition of her daughter, who ended up being sexually exploited

Michelle Blair also denounced the court-appointed lawyer who deprived her of custody of her daughter and left the girl in a vulnerable situation in a male juvenile center.

A Virginia mother has reported her daughter's school district as a result of a tragic and gruesome child sex trafficking case that began with a gender transition hidden by teaching staff.

Michelle Blair is S.B.'s grandmother but at age two became the minor's legal mother after the death of her biological parents. She says that the measures taken by the Appotamox County, Va., school district to hide her daughter's decision to transition led to the child running away, eventually falling into the hands of sex offenders on two separate occasions.

According to Michelle Blair's lawsuit, the school hid that her daughter, S.B., was being bullied for going to school dressed as a boy. The mother was also not told that she was using the men's restrooms. The school chose to remain silent to continue with controversial policies distributed by many of the largest teachers' unions in the country. For this reason, Blair was not aware of what her daughter was going through.

As a result, S.B, then 14 years old, ran away from home. She ended up in the hands of a man who sexually abused her and took her to Washington, D.C., where the abuser left S.B with two other men who in turn also abused her. She was later taken to Maryland, where she was placed in the hands of another sexual predator, who kept her locked up until she was rescued by the FBI.

Negligent woke public defender

S.B.'s torment did not end there. The minor was to be driven back to Appotamox County with her parents, but the Baltimore public defender in charge of her case learned that the young woman was undergoing a gender transition without her parents' knowledge.

Lawyer Aneesa Khan then deprived Michelle Blair of custody of her daughter. The authorities transferred the child to a foster home. According to the lawsuit, authorities housed S.B in a boys' home "at Khan's insistence" because of the minor's self-determined gender identity.

Parents lost custody for not using daughter's desired pronouns

Michelle Blair denounced Khan for her role in this case. According to the lawsuit, Khan misunderstood the situation and saw in the case of the Blair family as abuse by the parents, who allegedly did not use their daughter's desired pronouns.

At the juvenile center, S.B was again sexually assaulted and drugged. She fled again and ended up again in the hands of a sex offender who took her to Texas. Only after Texas authorities rescued her was she returned to her family. All events occurred between 2021 and 2022.
