Violent invasion in the Arab world: Hundreds of protesters besiege US and Israeli embassies in several countries
The protests broke out after Israel was accused of attacking a hospital in Gaza despite evidence pointing to a terrorist group as being responsible.
Both American and Israeli embassies and consulates are under threat after Palestinian officials accused Israel of carrying out an airstrike on a hospital in Gaza. This is despite all evidence pointing to the bombing being carried out by a terrorist group.
Hundreds of protesters gathered at the Israeli and the United States embassies and consulates in countries such as Jordan, Turkey, Lebanon, Iran, and Iraq to condemn an attack that, according to IDF investigations and other analyses, was committed by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
In many Islamic countries, what were supposed to be protests against a violent attack turned into invasions, assaults, arson, and other aggressive actions.
Several reports indicate that demonstrators protesting at the Israeli embassy in Jordan and the Israeli consulate in Istanbul broke through security barriers in an attempt to storm the premises, and some even started fires around them.
Incendiary projectiles have been launched in Turkey, and some protesters were even caught robbing a McDonald's.
U.S. embassies and military bases have also been victims of violence
In Beirut, Lebanon, bricks were thrown at the U.S. embassy as protesters chanted "death to Israel" and "death to America."
In Baghdad, Iraq, the United States embassy was also besieged with protesters chanting, "America is the biggest devil."
"The Turkish police has started using pepper spray against protesters to disperse a crowd heading toward the U.S. Consulate in Istanbul," Visegrad 24 reported.
Other diplomatic buildings attacked
The violent demonstrations not only affected Israel but also the United States. Videos were also published on social media where Lebanese protesters attacked a U.N. building in Beirut.
Demonstrators also protested in front of diplomatic buildings of countries such as France, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Palestinian Islamic Jihad likely responsible for hospital massacre
While pro-Palestinians from across the region came out to condemn Israel for the hospital attack, preliminary investigations indicate that the culprit responsible for the explosion that occurred at a medical institution in Gaza City is a Palestinian terrorist group.
In a statement, the IDF explained that according to "intelligence information, from several sources we have, the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization is responsible for the failed shooting that hit the hospital."
The Israel Defense Forces even shared a video that supports their claim.
