This Sunday, speed lovers will enjoy the Daytona 500, the most important race of the NASCAR Cup Series championship and one of the most important races of any world-wide automobile category. It will be held at the Daytona International Speedway in Florida.
Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet driver Alex Bowman will start from the pole in the Great American Race, followed by teammate Kyle Larson and Joey Logano, driver for Team Penske and reigning NASCAR Cup Series champion.
By taking the first two positions on the starting lineup, Chevrolet could score its 25th victory in the history of the Daytona 500. Ford could win its 18th title and Toyota its fourth.
