Beyoncé breaks monthly record for highest grossing musical tour

With the 697,000 tickets she sold for her 14 concerts in August for the Renaissance World Tour, Beyoncé grossed $179.3 million, according to Billboard Boxscore. This is the highest figure on record for a single month.
The Texan singer broke her own record for the highest grossing month for a musical tour. She set the previous mark in July by grossing $127.6 million, surpassing Bad Bunny's record of $123.7 million.
On the Renaissance World Tour, which began in Stockholm, Sweden, in May, she has managed to sell $461.3 million in tickets .
Just three of the concerts on the tour, held on Aug. 11, 12 and 14 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, pulled in $39.8 million alone, making them some of the highest-grossing shows in history.
Some $29.4 million in tickets were sold for two concerts at FedEx Field in Landover, Md., on Aug. 6 and 7, while with two others at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Aug. 26 and 27 grossed $25.8 million.
According to Billboard, with 10 concerts left on the Renaissance World Tour, the Texan artist will exceed $500 million in revenue, making this one of the highest grossing tours in history.
