After much speculation, the famous urban music singer, Rauw Alejandro, broke the silence and confirmed that his relationship with Rosalia has ended. The Puerto Rican artist made the announcement in a statement he shared through his social networks.
Rauw Alejandro explained that, although he never thought he would find it necessary to make public statements about such personal matters, he decided to clarify what happened with the famous Spanish singer due to all the rumors that have arisen.
"During all these years, you have been part of my professional achievements, as well as of all the happy moments I have lived as a couple," he said in his publication, adding that the relationship with Rosalía actually ended "a few months ago."
No infidelity
Rumors spread through social networks that the relationship between the singers ended because Rauw Alejandro was unfaithful to Rosalía with two Colombian models. However, the Puerto Rican assured that this is entirely false.
"There are thousands of problems that can cause a breakup, but in our case, it was not the fault of third parties or an infidelity," he said, stressing that he decided to clear things up because of the respect he has for his now ex-partner.
"I could not remain silent and continue to watch people try to destroy the truest story of love that God has allowed me to live," he said.

For the moment, Rosalia has not made any statements about the breakup. However, she has been seen at concerts with teary eyes and a cracking voice as she sang songs she had dedicated to or shared with the man she hoped would become her husband.
