The prosecutor explained that according to the interpretation of forensic sciences, "an argument began in one of the upstairs bedrooms and we found a considerable blood stain on the bed and later a disorder where there was blood on clothes and a bedspread. There were drip like stains."
In addition, he indicated that the magistrate received a fatal wound to the jugular.: "At the bottom of the property, moving up the stairs where we found a greater abundance of blood stains and that is where we found the bodies. We found 20 wounds on the magistrate's body, of those 20 wounds, 19 were superficial, with a sharp object that "We identified as razor blades, which are instruments that have sharp edges on all four sides and are very fine in size."
"We observed that the instruments used were razors. It may seem like a not very credible hypothesis, but we are being careful, especially to keep a record of all the evidence; not to mention the inspection that was carried out on the place," said the prosecutor of Aguscalientes.
