Hezbollah confirms the death of another leader in Israeli offensive

The deceased, Ali Hussein Barji, was responsible for carrying out numerous drone attacks against the Israel Defense Forces.

Following the death of Wissam al Tawil, Hezbollah has confirmed that another senior leader has been killed in an air offensive carried out by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

As reported by The Times of Israel, Ali Hussein Barji, commander for the Lebanese terrorist group, was killed. He was responsible for carrying out dozens of drone attacks against Israeli soldiers.

Lebanese government calls for stability and peace on the border

Meanwhile, Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati expressed his government's willingness to stabilize the border between his country and Israel. He met with United Nations Deputy Secretary General for Peace Operations Jean-Pierre Lacroix:

We seek permanent stability and call for a lasting peaceful solution – but in return we receive warnings through international envoys about a war on Lebanon. The position I repeat to these delegates is: Do you support the idea of destruction? Is what is happening in Gaza acceptable?

The attitude taken by the Lebanese prime minister contrasts with the position taken by the terrorist group Hezbollah, which has on several occasions threatened Israel, saying they would carry out massive attacks and start a war if the IDF carries out offensives against Lebanon.
