The Golden State Warriors secured a crucial win in the final stretch of the NBA regular season, defeating the Memphis Grizzlies 134-125 at the FedEx Forum in Tennessee. This marked their third consecutive victory and third straight win on the road.

Stephen Curry was unstoppable from beyond the arc. The league's all-time leader in three-pointers and four-time NBA champion finished with 52 points, including 36 from three-point range.

With the 12 three-pointers he scored against the Grizzlies, Curry came very close to matching his personal mark in a game (13 against the New Orleans Pelicans on Nov. 7, 2016). It was also the 15th time he has surpassed 50 points in a game.

The point guard had strong support from two of the Warriors' key players. Draymond Green delivered one of his best performances of the season, recording a triple-double with 13 points, 12 assists, and 10 rebounds. Meanwhile, Jimmy Butler—who joined the team in January—made a solid offensive impact, adding 27 points.

The Warriors—set to face the Los Angeles Lakers next at Crypto.com Arena—effectively contained the Grizzlies' efforts. Despite six Memphis players scoring in double figures, Ja Morant led the team with a game-high 36 points.

Timberwolves win in thrilling chaos

It took double overtime at Ball Arena in Colorado to determine the winner, but the Minnesota Timberwolves ultimately secured a thrilling 140-139 road victory over the Denver Nuggets in a game well worth watching.

With double-doubles from both, Anthony Edwards (34 points and 10 rebounds) and Rudy Gobert (19 points and 12 rebounds) guided the Timberwolves to a crucial victory. The win is vital for the franchise as it continues its battle for a playoff spot.

Additionally, Julius Randle and Nickeil Alexander-Walker, each contributing 26 points, played a pivotal role in securing the Timberwolves' final triumph.

As usual, Nikola Jokic stole the spotlight. The Serbian center, who is in the race for the regular season MVP, recorded a spectacular triple-double with 61 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists. Aaron Gordon also made a significant contribution, finishing with 30 points.

In other action from the day, the New York Knicks—already qualified for the playoffs—defeated the Philadelphia 76ers 105-91 at Madison Square Garden. The loss officially eliminated the Pennsylvania franchise from playoff contention.
