Basketball player Draymond Green has been suspended indefinitely by the NBA for hitting Jusuf Nurkic in the face, in an episode widely spread on social media. The attack occurred on Tuesday, when Green's Warriors faced the Phoenix Suns at the Footprint Center, Arizona.

The NBA explained in a statement that the sanction also "takes into account Green's repeated history of unsportmanlike acts." It is the second sanction he has received this season. His recent "victims" include Rudy Gobert of the Timberwolves and Domantas Sabonis of the Sacramento Kings.
