"Kill those kids!!! Those crackers going to private fancy schools with those fancy khakis + sports backpacks w/ their daddies mustangs + convertables [sic.]." These are some of the hateful phrases written in a manifesto by Audrey Hale, the transgender shooter who carried out the massacre at the Christian elementary school The Covenant School in Nashville, Tenn., on March 27.

Podcaster Steven Crowder shared three photographs of Hale's message on his website and X account (formerly Twitter). In addition, he posted a screenshot of the message he received on Facebook to censor his post.

In the manifesto, the shooter wrote other hateful phrases such as "I wish to shoot you weakass d—ks w/ your mop yellow hair, wanna kill all you little crackers! Bunch of little f—gots w/ your white privlages [sic.]" and "I hope I have a high death count. Ready to die haha."

The Nashville shooting

On March 27, Nashville police were called around 10:15 a.m. about a shooting at The Covenant School. In a few minutes, authorities arrived at the scene and entered the campus. Upon entering, they found the perpetrator of the shooting, Audrey Hale, and killed her.

Hale murdered six people. Three of them were 9-year-old children and the other three were school employees. The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) confirmed that the perpetrator used two assault rifles and a pistol to carry out her massacre. She was a former student at The Covenant School.
