The world has a new billionaire. An anonymous lucky winner won $1.08 billion in the Powerball drawing held Wednesday night. It is the third-largest prize awarded in history. The record stands at $2.04 billion.

The winning ticket was sold at the Las Palmitas Mini Market lottery retailer, located in downtown Los Angeles, according to the California Lottery.

The winning ticket numbers were 7, 13, 10, 24, 11 and the Powerball was 24.
