Anti-woke campaign goes viral revealing how meritocracy was replaced by progressive ideals

A U.S. job board company managed to capture the attention of thousands of people by sharing an anti-woke culture video highlighting how these thoughts affect the job market.
In the creative audiovisual material, several children can be observed talking ironically about what they would like to do when they grow up, giving a glimpse of what the youth could expect if the woke agenda expands. "When I grow up, I want to work for a woke company (...) I want to be hired based on what I look like rather than my skills, to be judged for my political beliefs, to get promoted based on my chromosomes," say several children.
The young people in the campaign also mention how this type of culture leads to censorship by avoiding using words or phrases under the pretext that they could hurt others. "When I grow up, I want to be obsessed with emotional safety and do workplace sensitivity training all day long. I want to climb the corporate ladder just by following the crowd. I want to be conformist," the children say in the video.
To conclude, the campaign states that it is time to stop this mentality, as it is time to focus on work, all this while promoting RedBalloon.work, the job board that promotes itself as an anti-woke option.
The publication has not only achieved millions of views but has also been shared by media outlets, executives and even Donald Trump's son.

According to the page, the mission of the job board is to connect people and companies that are trustworthy, professionally minded, and honor fundamental freedoms by setting aside discrimination against personal beliefs, the infringement of human rights and the violation of human rights, constitutional rights and invasion of medical privacy. "RedBalloon is the market's answer to the divisive and toxic 'cancellation culture' that pervades the American workplace," the page notes.
The mastermind of the campaign
The BiG Agency was the company that created the campaign that has gone viral through social networks. On its website, the agency claims to be the anti-woke option and invites potential clients to avoid committing marketing suicide and focus on sensible, neutral advertising. "For companies that want to return to a politics-free workplace, The BiG Agency was created to serve you," the page states.
