A large fire broke out Friday morning in a commercial building in Los Angeles. The flames were visible from 20 miles away. More than 100 firefighters tried to put it out, hosing it with water from all sides and using the help of ladders, according to ABC7.

The cause of the fire is unknown.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department reported that the fire started around 4 a.m. at a facility located on Flotilla Street near Garfield Avenue.

The roof of the single-story building quickly collapsed. No injuries were immediately reported, and it is not known if anyone was inside the building.
