After sporting a "White Lives Matter" T-shirt a few days ago, Kanye West (nicknamed Ye in the fashion industry) received death threats. The 45-year-old artist and designer, along with conservative activist Candace Owens, attended Paris fashion week. Both wore the t-shirt to condemn that not only black lives matter, something that made the left cringe.

In an interview on Fox News' Tucker Carlson Tonight, the rapper claimed that people he considered "friends" threatened to kill him:

My so-called friends, slash handlers around me told me, like, if I said I liked Trump, that my career would be over, that my life would be over. They said stuff like people get killed for wearing a hat like that. They threatened my life.

To which he added:

They put my life... They basically said that I would be killed for wearing the hat. I had someone call me last night and said, 'Anybody wearing a White Lives Matter t-shirt is going to be green lit,' and that means they're going to beat them up if they wear it. I'm like, you know okay, green light me then.

After his appearance with the "White Lives Matter" t-shirt, the sports brand Adidas, which Kanye West has a signed commercial agreement with, announced that his contract would be reviewed without giving any reason why. However, the German firm noted that "successful partnerships are based on mutual respect and shared values," hinting at its disagreement with Ye.

"There are more black babies aborted than born in New York"

Kanye West said that as a "black, public figure" people want him to stick to leftist doctrine on political and social issues. As such, he commended people like Candance Owens for "saying what they believe no matter what they are expected to say." He also reviewed current and relevant issues such as abortion, stating that he is "pro-life" and did not hide his concern about the high rate of abortions of black babies in New York:

I am pro-life. I don't care about people's responses. I care about the fact that there's more black babies being aborted than born in New York City at this point, that 50% of black death in America is abortion. So I don't really care about people's responses.

"I perform for an audience of one, and that is God."

Regarding religion, he assured that "I perform for an audience of one, and that is God." By saying this, West confessed his beliefs, which he began to think about more during Trump's 2016 election campaign. He also called on the black community to take religion seriously and disregard the Planned Parenthood organization and its founder, socialist Margaret Sanger.

He also criticized most of the media for having an editorial line against religion. "Most of the media have an atheist agenda," West stated.
