The Air Force Academy (USAFA) is training its cadets to "use inclusive language" that prohibits them from using male and female identifiers or calling people "terrorists," according to an official presentation from the elite military school obtained by The Washington Free Beacon.

The presentation entitled, "Diversity and Inclusion: What it is, why we care and what we can do," includes a series of exercises aimed at eradicating the use of gender pronouns and reinforcing the need for a language in which the use of gendered pronouns can be avoided. "stereotypes, prejudices and micro-aggressions are avoided." Cadets are also told to avoid words like: "You guys, terrorists and colorblind."

Cadets should only use "person-centered language," such as "people with disabilities" and not "disabled." It also guides them to "include all genders" in their interactions: "All of you, team, squads, people".

" These concepts enhance our effectiveness in warfare."

"Diversity and inclusion" goes far beyond the air force. The Navy recentlyreleased a video that instructs its officers to use the appropriate gender pronouns in the event of encountering a transgender partner. The Army also mandates gender identity training and provides officers with information on when to offer gender transition surgery to subordinates.

A USAFA spokesman told Free Beacon that at the official unveiling of the plan, cadets were given "diversity and inclusion" skills that enhance their effectiveness in warfare:

As part of the Diversity and Inclusion Cadet Leadership Program, a conversation was developed by USAFA personnel to introduce all cadets to the Department of the Air Force definitions of diversity and inclusion, as well as, how these concepts enhance our effectiveness in warfare.

According to the spokesperson, "USAFA develops chiefs of character who can lead diverse teams of Airmen and Guardsmen in an inclusive manner to enhance innovation and win future conflicts." He also pointed out:

It is the diversity of Airmen and Guardsmen from all corners of our nation who perform the hundreds of critical mission sets of the Department of the Air Force that make us the finest and most innovative Air and Space Forces the world has ever known.
