According to a poll conducted by Quinnipiac University, Joe Biden is currently reaping his worst popularity ratings since he became President a year and a half ago. He only has a 31% approval rating, while the level of rejection is almost double: 60%.

The data from the Hispanic community, which voted overwhelmingly for Biden in November 2020 (66%), is particularly striking: only 19% of those surveyed said they supported the president's administration, while those who expressed their rejection were no less than 70%. Only Republican Party voters were even more negative (94%).

Biden only has the support of Democratic voters (71%) and the black community (61%). But even here, the tremendous erosion of his figure is clearly noticeable. Suffice it to say that in the 2020 elections he was supported by 94% of the Democratic electorate and 87% of the black electorate. The independents, who voted for him by 54% in the presidential election, have also turned their backs on him (67% rejection).

As many as 7 in 10 respondents said they would not want Biden to run for re-election in 2024. Even Democratic Party voters would like to be spared a second term for the president, according to this nationwide survey conducted between the 14th and 18th of this month.
