Biden's latest madness: he confuses Latinos with blacks

The president's mistake occurred during his speech at the 46th Annual Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Gala.

President Joe Biden mistakenly referred to the Congressional Black Caucus during a speech to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus. The president wanted to praise Hispanics, but instead he mentioned the black caucus and did not correct his mistake.

"Everyone is entitled to be treated with dignity and respect. The Congressional Black Caucus embodies all those values," the 80-year-old Democratic president said during his speech at the 46th Annual Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Gala.

Biden made the comments to celebrate the award that Sister Norma Pimental, executive director of Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley, received during the gala:

They echo what my dad taught me, and I mean this sincerely, my dad used to say, ‘Everyone, everyone is entitled to be treated with dignity and respect

President Biden has already experienced similar episodes. In fact, citizens have expressed concern about the president's age and his ability to fulfill his duties. In that sense, there is a growing concern by the  majority of citizens who believe that age and health are limiting Joe Biden's ability to serve as president.

Against this backdrop, a recent survey revealed that 45% of Americans believe the current White House occupant is "severely" hindered in carrying out his duties, while another 34% perceive these factors as making his job "a little" more challenging.
