A shooting at a Walmart in Beavercreek, Ohio, leaves at least one dead and four injured

A man entered the Walmart supermarket in Beavercreek, Ohio, late Monday afternoon and began firing a gun, injuring at least four people, according to Beavercreek police. The shooter died later of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Authorities told local media that the man had opened fire with an assault rifle. The victims were taken to hospitals in the area, which is located in Green County, near Dayton.

Police reported that the officers did not fire any shots to repel the attack.
