Amid an unprecedented terrorist attack against Israel, with confirmed reports of Israeli civilians being killed and kidnapped by Hamas militants, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) are calling for a supposedly “Free Palestine” rally in the city of New York.
“Tomorrow, October 8, at 1 PM. Times Square. In solidarity with the Palestinian people and their right to resist 75 years of occupation and apartheid,” they wrote from the DSA’s New York X account (formerly Twitter).
Immediately after the announcement, the comments and quotes were filled with criticism against the leftist group.

A prominent member of the DSA is Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), who this afternoon, after hours of silence, finally condemned the attacks of the terrorist group Hamas against Israel.
