Greg Abbott claims that the Biden Administration "is taking Border Patrol agents off the line."

In the midst of the immigration crisis following the end of Title 42, the governor of Texas blamed Washington for creating a "gap at the U.S.-Mexico border."

Texas Governor Greg Abbott claimed that the Biden Administration is "pulling Border Patrol agents back from the line" in the midst of the immigration crisis following the end of Title 42 enforcement.

On his Twitter account, the Republican blamed Washington for creating a "vacuum at the U.S.-Mexico border."

The Biden Administration is actually REMOVING Border Patrol agents from the line.

Abbott assured that his state is "stepping up" to deal with the flood of immigrants crowded at the border and thanked state forces working "night and day and night to hold the line."

Texas is stepping up to fill the void. Thank you to the Texas Department of Public Safety troopers and Texas National Guard troopers who are working around the clock to hold the line.

More than 373,000 illegal aliens detained in Texas

The governor noted that"Operation Lone Star continues to fill the dangerous gaps left by the Biden Administration's refusal to secure the border."

Every person apprehended or arrested and every ounce of drugs seized would have reached Texas communities and the nation because of President Joe Biden's open border policies.

Operation Lone Star is a law enforcement corps created by Abbott to secure the border and stop the smuggling of drugs, weapons and people into the state. Since its inception , it has detained more than 373,000 illegal aliens and made more than 28,000 arrests of criminals.

With the end of Title 42, Abbott directly blamed President Joe Biden for "welcoming people from all over the world" with his misguided border policy.
