Bizarrap named one of Hollywood's most influential artists by Variety

Variety highlighted the music producer for the impact he has had on young people while Rolling Stone nominated him for Best Artist of the Year.

Argentine artist Bizarrap is in luck. His hits with singers such as Shakira and Rauw Alejandro are taking the music producer to the top of the music scene. Variety named him one of the most influential young people in Hollywood in 2023 along with celebrities such as Milly Alcock, Lily-Rose Depp, Manu Rios, Bella Ramsey, Maya Hawke and "Merlina" actress Jenna Ortega, among others.

There are several reasons he was given this title. Many great artists are lining up to work with him on one of his BZRP Music Sessions. He has had songs on top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart and he even had the best Hispanic song premiere in the history of YouTube. The magazine stated that these merits make him worthy of this recognition:

Bizzarap, born Gonzalo Julián Conde in Argentina, is the 24-year-old EDM producer behind the staggeringly popular YouTube music series, 'BZRP Music Sessions.' Those sessions have become prestigious benchmarks for rising Latin trap artists and have gone on to attract huge stars such as Shakira and Rauw Alejandro. In 2023, Biza and Shakira’s 'Session #53' hit the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100, marking Bizarrap’s first major radio hit in the United States, and the two performed it live on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.'

It’s worth mentioning that this list is not made by the public or even the magazine. The most influential artists are chosen by key members of the film, television, music and even digital industries.

Variety is not the only magazine paying tribute to the Argentine music producer. Rolling Stone magazine nominated Bizarrap for Best Artist of the Year, one of its prestigious awards given since 2009.
