Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez dances to chants of "AOC has to go"

The Democratic congresswoman is once again facing backlash from citizens in a town hall meeting.

Thursday marked the second time that New York Democratic Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has had to respond to the angry intervention of a town hall attendee on the campaign trail.

The first instance was a pro-Russian who criticized the socialist for her support of the democratic regime in Ukraine. On this second occasion, several attendees started chanting "AOC has to go." The congresswoman responded by dancing to the rhythm of their chant.

"Wake up, New York"

A man was holding a homemade banner that read: "Wake up, New York. Vote for Tina Forte. F*** AOC." The sign refers to the Republican candidate, a Trumpist Republican, who aspires to take New York's 14th district from the Democrat. Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez responded: "Very classy. Thank you, sir."

Later, the lights went out and people began to shout. Several people took out their cell phones to shine some light in the room. When the power came back on, the situation seemed to calm down.
