War in Israel: Hezbollah launches attacks from Lebanon while IDF continues to destroy Hamas tunnels in Gaza

The Israel Defense Forces intensify operations and find new terrorist infrastructure hidden among the civilian population.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) announced this Sunday that its fighter jets struck several Hezbollah sites in southern Lebanon in response to recent terrorist attacks at the border. Lebanese terrorists launched several guided missile attacks that injured several soldiers and set off alarms in some areas of northern Israel.

Meanwhile, the Israel Defense Forces claim to have carried out 10,000 airstrikes since the ground offensive began in the Gaza Strip. In the last few hours, Israeli Army fighter jets and helicopters struck new Hamas targets including several tunnels, command centers and weapons storage facilities.

The IDF reported that 500 of the more than 800 Hamas tunnels discovered since the start of the ground offensive were located near or inside preschools, schools, playgrounds and mosques.

The IDF ordered residents to evacuate from some areas of southern Gaza in anticipation of new attacks after the end of the truce. This comes as a result of terrorist attacks that were carried out during the ceasefire reached between Israel and Hamas.
