New lapse: Biden says Democrats campaigned in "54 states" to defend Obamacare

Joe Biden was once again trending on social networks for his mental lapses. This time, during the "Pennsylvania Democratic Party Reception," the president claimed that Democrats campaigned in "54 states" to defend Obamacare in 2018.

The controversial gaffe comes as the president highlighted the "success" of his party in protecting The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act from being eliminated during the administration of former President Donald Trump:

Trump campaigned on replacing Obamacare. Democrats, for their part, launched a strong operation in 2018 to prevent that from happening. In his speech, Biden warned that the Republican Party will want to kill the program if they win a majority in Congress.
