Israeli soldiers find Arabic copy of 'Mein Kampf' in Gaza child's room

Hamas terrorists had turned the house into an operations center.

In their advance through Gazan territory, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) found a copy in Arabic of Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf (My Fight). The book was found in a child's room in a civilian house which had been converted into an operations center, in northern Gaza.

"The book that led to the Holocaust and the book that led to the Second World War," highlighted the president of Israel, Isaac Herzog, during an interview in which he announced the discovery in an interview with the BBC.

Herzog explained that it was found on the body of one of the Hamas terrorists, killed by Israeli troops. He also took the opportunity to address those who participated in the pro-Palestine protests:

I'm not saying that all of them support Hitler, but by avoiding understanding what the ideology of Hamas consists of, they are basically supporting this ideology.

In images later shared by the IDF, you can see underlined phrases on the page and handwritten notes.

Hamas embraces the ideology of Hitler, responsible for the annihilation of the Jewish people.
