At the opening of the 2024 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), Steve Bannon predicted that Donald Trump "will go down as the best president since Abraham Lincoln."

The former White House chief of staff declared that the "MAGA will govern the United States for 50 years":

MAGA will govern the United States for 50 years and Trump will go down as the best president since Abraham Lincoln.

The first day of the great event began with the Pledge of Allegiance, after performing a prayer. Bannon commented that everyone in attendance was part of "a revolutionary group," which he described as the "vanguard of MAGA."

Massive financial crisis

Bannon also warned that he foresees the beginning of a "massive financial crisis" that "will dwarf 2008 and what happened in 1929." He assured that "right now we don't have a political class who can deal with that."

Bannon also predicted the start of a third world war that will lead to "a mass invasion of Europe and the United States."

Underlying all that is a mass invasion of Europe and the United States. ... Governments will fall because of that. The populist and nationalist movement will be a solution.
