The Biden Administration's management of border policy is being criticized by an overwhelming majority of citizens, so much so that it has reached historic lows. Only 23% said they approved of their work in addressing the border situation between the United States and Mexico, according to a survey published by the Washington Post with ABC.

In that sense, another NBC survey showed that - to the contrary - Americans believe that Republican leaders have better immigration, economic and security policies. At least 50% of respondents indicated that the Republican Party is better at handling border security, compared to 20% of voters who chose the Democratic Party. While 18% believe that neither party is good at managing these issues and 10% consider that both parties can apply successful policies regarding these topics.

"Voters overwhelmingly say they trust Republicans to do a better job than Democrats on border security, crime, the economy and immigration," NBC reported.

Biden's overall assessment hits rock bottom

The data coincides with the Washington Post and ABC survey that explains that Biden's general assessment is bottoming out. Only 37% approve of his Government, compared to 56% who disapprove. For the economy, the evaluation is 30% for, compared to the 64% against his management.

And Biden's leadership has not only been affected among the electorate in general, he also fails to win in the Democratic primaries. 62% of those surveyed said they prefer any other Democratic candidate over Biden, who only garners 33% support.
