Democrat Katie Hobbs left her position as governor of Arizona for almost a day (without providing any explanation). State Treasurer Kimberly Yee released a press release announcing that she will serve as interim governor for a short period of time.

Yee posted on Instead, she will wait for Hobbs to return to execute them.
