Lindsey Graham wants to "set the stage" for U.S. to use military force in Mexico against drug cartels
The Republican senator assured that, with his bill, he seeks to protect the nation from being "poisoned by things coming out Mexico."
South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham assured Fox News host Jesse Watters on Monday that he is ready to introduce a bill to "set the stage" for the U.S. military to intervene in Mexico and take action against drug cartels.
Graham made this statement on the same day that the kidnapping of four U.S. citizens in Mexico was made public. Less than 24 hours later, the government of Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) reported that two of them had been found dead.

"This administration has done nothing about it," Graham said of Joe Biden's anti-drug and border policy. He also stated that he intended to follow the policies implemented by former President Donald Trump:

Graham used his appearance on Fox News to send a clear message to AMLO: "I would say to the Mexican government to clean up your act or we’re going to clean it up for you."
