Four people allegedly assaulted a Marco Rubio campaign volunteer for on Sunday night. The victim was canvassing in the neighborhood when this group beat him up. Rubio is the incumbent candidate for senator in the state of Florida.
Rubio posted on Twitter that the activist suffered internal bleeding, a fractured jaw and will have to undergo facial reconstructive surgery:

According to several media reports, police arrested one of the alleged attackers, 25, on charges of aggravated assault and causing grievous bodily harm.
