The numbers are promising for the Biden-Harris duo to continue in the White House after the 2024 elections. The popularity drop of the current president, and recent polls that give increasingly greater advantage in key states to Donald Trump, have led the Biden campaign to launch a campaign to scare the doubtful electorate of the devastating effects that the return of the former president to power would entail. A healthcare collapse, punishing women for having abortions and launching policies against Muslims or Hispanics are Trump's main objectives, according to these messages.
The devastating surveys collected by The Washington Post and The New York Times provoked panic among Democratic voters and politicians. They have demanded the president's team to raise the tone of the campaign, and they began to question Biden's ability to prevail in the likely of the 2020 election, according to current data. While the main favorites for the Democratic electorate, such as California Governor Gavin Newsom, have resisted stepping forward, Biden's advisors started releasing videos and messages warning of the end of freedom and a failing healthcare system if Trump is declared the winner next year.
Collapsing healthcare
One of the main messages to mobilize the electorate is what will happen to the healthcare system if Trump lands in the Oval Office again. In an ad quoting Trump's own words: "Obamacare is a disaster, and I said, 'We're going to do something about it,'" the Biden campaign warns citizens of the meaning of these words. According to Biden, "if the Affordable Care Act is repealed, Americans lose protections for preexisting conditions, prescription drug costs will be raised [and] 40+ millions Americans lose health care."

Discrimination against Hispanics and Muslims
Racism and discrimination based on race and creed were also part of the president's warning. Specifically, the Biden campaign accused Trump of "rounding up Latinos" into mass detention camps, ending birthright citizenship, and shooting people at will. In addition, Trump's plan also includes "banning Muslims," according to Biden ads showing Trump's announcement that he would recover and expand the ban on Muslims entering the United States.

Eight years ago, candidate for president Donald Trump proposed his Muslim travel ban. Like millions of Americans, I was appalled.

Punishing women for abortions
Abortion is one of the Democrats' main talking points in the fear campaign. Biden himself posted on X assuring that Trump is the architect behind a plan to strip citizens of what he calls a "fundamental right" for the first time in the history of the country.
Donald Trump is running for president bragging about how he “killed Roe v. Wade.”
Let’s be clear: The only reason a fundamental right has been stripped away from the American people for the first time in American history is because of Trump.

Likewise, Biden's team includes the former president's statements saying that "there has to be some form of punishment" for women who have abortions. Furthermore, the video indicates that several Republican leader have begun to enforce laws that defend the unborn in the states where they govern.
