Hunter Biden's lawyer caught smoking a bong while the president's son was visiting his residence

Kevin Morris was photographed on the balcony of his Malibu home inhaling white smoke from a bong.

Kevin Morris, Hunter Biden's attorney, was photographed Friday on the balcony of his Los Angeles home apparently smoking a bong while the president's son was at his home.

According to the Daily Mail report, Hunter arrived at his lawyer's house escorted by Secret Service bodyguards in a black van. He was met by a woman and remained at the residence for some time. During his visit, Morris took a moment to step out onto the balcony of his Malibu home, whose view overlooks a public street, picked up the smoking device, and appeared to inhale white smoke.

While he was doing so, the reporters managed to capture the lawyer. However, they were unable to confirm the substance he smoked.

The visit follows the release of an FBI report

Hunter arrived at the house shortly after Iowa Republican Senator Chuck Grassley shared a copy of an FBI report showing alleged payments allegedly made to him by the CEO of Ukrainian gas company Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky.

Although it is unknown whether it was discussed during the meeting, the document has gained prominence because it details the FBI's interview with a highly credible informant about a bribery scheme involving Hunter and his father.

The form indicates that there were several meetings and phone calls between the Burisma executive, Joe Biden and his son and even highlights that there are several recordings of the conversations they had.
