Two colombian musicians missing in Mexico found dead
The federal security cabinet confirmed that both artists "unfortunately were found lifeless" and an investigation was launched to "locate those responsible and clarify the facts."

Mexican authorities
Colombian musicians Bayron Sánchez and Jorge Herrera, better known as B King and Regio Clown, who had disappeared six days ago in Mexico, where they were in Mexico for a concert, were found dead. The report was confirmed by Mexican authorities.
Sanchez, 31, and Herrera, 35, had disappeared on Sept. 16 after being spotted in Polanco, an exclusive Mexico City neighborhood, according to their manager, Juan Camilo Gallego.
"They disappeared after they left the gym. … They told me they were going to have lunch with two people and the messages never reappeared," he told Colombian radio station Blu Radio.
A day later, Mexican authorities found two bodies in the municipality of Cocotitlan, in the state of Mexico, roughly 25 miles northwest of the capital.
It was not until Monday that Sánchez's relatives recognized his body, the capital's prosecutor's office said in a statement.
The federal security cabinet later confirmed on X that both artists "unfortunately were found lifeless" and an investigation was launched to "locate those responsible and clarify the facts."
The state prosecutor's office had previously pointed out "consistencies" between Herrera and the other body found.
Colombian President Gustavo Petro condemned the crime on X.
"They murdered our youth in the United States of Mexicans (sic) ... More young people killed by an anti-drug policy that is not an anti-drug policy," the Colombian leader wrote without referring to the victims by name.

On Sunday, Petro had publicly asked for the collaboration of Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum to find the missing artists.
"México lindo y querido" (“Beautiful and beloved Mexico”)
In a video posted on B King's Instagram account, the artist is seen in what looks like a dressing room receiving congratulations and thanking fans.
"Excellent time in Mexico! ... It was a beauty, I feel happy and grateful," says Sánchez, dressed in white and wearing dark glasses.
"THANK YOU VERY MUCH MY BEAUTIFUL AND BELOVED MEXICO," was his message after performing at a bar in the south of Mexico City.
Threats?
With his tattoos, jewelry and luxury cars, B King, known in Colombia mainly through social media, was the star of his videos in which he appeared surrounded by women and dancers.
In August he announced his new girlfriend, an adult content model known as Angie Miller.
"I can't deal with this pain in my chest. We were happy and with many projects coming up, wherever you are I will take you with me," Miller wrote on social media after the news broke.
He was previously in a relationship with renowned Colombian DJ Marcela Reyes. Their separation was widely followed by the entertainment press.
"It hurts my soul. Bayron is part of my story and Jorge is a human being who also has a family waiting for him," Reyes said in a statement.
The text specifies that "Marcela Reyes has absolutely nothing to do with the disappearance of Bayron and Jorge. Any insinuation to the contrary is false and malicious" and requests rectification to a show business program for a comment that "diverts attention from the essential details and affects the honor and good name of Marcela."
In a video from four months ago, B King claimed he received threats from his ex-partner.
